All One of One Threads products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Processing Time
Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at floneofone2026@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can review the issue.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
